Large garden, with fruit trees, flowers and shady corners surrounds the villa and for meals "al fresco" there is a lovely lodge where you can wine and dine to your hearts content.
The ancient town of Cortona, with all amenities is 13 km away and at just 5 km is a restaurant, small grocers and bar.
From the station in Camucia (16km away) you can take trains to Florence, Rome, Orvieto, Arezzo and Perugia.
