This comfortable holiday home has large spacious rooms with characteristic arches and traditional furnishings.
Many are the large outdoor spaces where you may relax in the shade, whilst the patio and barbecue will entice you to many "meals al fresco".
The villa is surrounded by private parkland, with swimming pool and many shady areas where you can either dine or just while away the day and completely relax in this peaceful oasis.
There is recreation area for younger members with table tennis and a table footbal game
Podere Miri, is within walking distance (1.5 kilometres) of essential amenities (bank, groceries, bar, restaurant. It is ideally situated, in a privileged position for visiting the major tourist, historical and cultural centres in Tuscany and Umbria.
From the train station in Arezzo (just a 15 min. drive away)there are trains to Florence, Rome, Perugia
and within a short distance are many ancient hamlets and villages rich in history, art & culture, such as Castiglion Fiorentino, Lucignano and Cortona which are a 20 minute drive away.
The motorway for Florence and Rome is less than 10 mins by car.
